Carrot Cake

Mix together
3 cups sifted flour
1t baking powder
1t baking soda
2t cinnamon
2 cups sugar

Add
1c veg. oil
4 eggs, beaten well
1t vanilla
2 cups fine shredded carrots
1 1/2 cups water
1 c chopped nuts

Bake 350* for 1 hr in an angel food pan

Frosting
1 1/2lb powdered sugar
1 stick oleo
1t vanilla
8oz cream cheese
